Massage
The classic massage is a proven method for relaxing and activating the body. The muscles are treated with gentle to strong techniques such as stroking, rolling and kneading movements. Tapping and vibration techniques are also used to stimulate the skin and tissue. In addition, targeted applications of cold and heat are used to support the healing process. The massage affects the skin, the body's largest sensory organ, and ensures a comprehensive positive effect on the body, soul and mind.
Goals of classical massage
Relaxation: Relieve tension and reduce stress.
Promoting blood circulation: Increase blood circulation, which stimulates metabolism and promotes healing.
Stress relief: Lowering blood pressure and pulse rate, promoting inner peace.
Improvement of the skin: Nutrient supply through high-quality oils that make the skin supple and maintain its freshness.
Increase in performance: Activation of the entire organism and improvement of the general quality of life.

Massage
In reflexology, specific zones on the feet, hands, head, and ears are stimulated using gentle pressure and massage techniques. These zones correspond to different areas of the body and are connected to organs, muscles, and bodily systems. Reflexology supports the body in activating its own regulatory and self-healing powers. The treatment takes place in a calm atmosphere and is individually tailored to the client's specific needs. It is considered a complementary method to promote well-being and balance and does not replace medical treatment.
Goals of reflexology
Promoting relaxation and stress reduction
Promotes blood circulation and metabolism
Relief from physical and mental tension
Vitalization of internal organs and tissues
Support for body regulation and inner balance
Massage
During foot reflexology, the zones on the foot are massaged, rubbed and warmed, which stimulates and harmonizes the associated organs, glands and tissues. The so-called reflex zones “mirror” all organs and muscle groups on the surface of the skin and in the skin-subcutaneous area.
Goals of foot reflexology massage
Vitalization of the internal organs
Pain relief
Promoting general well-being and inner stability
Release of physical and psychological tensions
Calming effect on nervous tension
Stimulating the blood supply to organs
Massage
The headache and migraine therapy affects the neck, head and chest area. What is special is the use of the specialist knowledge of acupuncture. The energy distribution in the head is influenced via specific points, pain is relieved and energy is balanced in the long term. As in all acupuncture-based methods, so-called distant points are treated. This allows the actual pain area to be influenced from a distance via non-painful parts of the body and a connection to be established between the organs and the respective parts of the body.
The treatment lasts about 30 minutes. It is recommended in combination with classic massage/foot reflexology as part of a 60-minute treatment. It can be used both in the acute pain stage and as a prophylactic treatment for stabilization.
Goals of Headache and Migraine Therapy
Stimulate blood flow in the head and transport fresh oxygen into the vessels
Relax the head and neck muscles as well as the blood vessel walls
Reduce inner restlessness in the head area
Generally reduce pain attacks and stabilize the organism
Relieve jaw joint pain, stiff neck, relieve teeth grinding, etc.

Atlas therapy is a gentle, manual medical method that focuses on the first cervical vertebra (atlas). A misalignment of the atlas can cause numerous problems. Using precise manual techniques, the vertebra is brought into its natural position to alleviate physical and neurological problems and promote health.

Correction of atlas misalignments: The main goal is to bring the first cervical vertebra into its correct position, thereby improving nerve and blood supply in the body.
Relief of symptoms: Atlas therapy can help with various complaints such as head, neck and back pain as well as motor and sensory disorders by correcting the misalignment of the atlas.
Increased body awareness and stability: Treating the atlanto-occipital joint reduces muscle tension and increases body stability, leading to better posture.
Promoting self-healing powers: Restoring the correct vertebral position activates the body's natural healing processes and supports regeneration and general well-being.
Massage

Pressotherapy is a device-based lymphatic drainage treatment for the legs and abdomen. Particularly helpful for swollen, heavy, or tired legs, it stimulates lymph flow and improves circulation with gentle, rhythmic pressure pulses – entirely without physical exertion. Special cuffs, which inflate and deflate with air in a computer-controlled manner, create a pulsating pressure that acts like a gentle massage. The treatment is performed while lying down and is non-invasive – ideal for relaxation, regeneration, and detoxification. Pressotherapy can be combined with the Bioslimming Active Wrap.
Areas of application of pressotherapy
For tired, heavy or swollen legs
After long periods of standing or sitting
To support vein problems
After sports for regeneration
As part of detox or anti-cellulite programs
Massage
Neuromovement therapy is a gentle, mindful approach to experiencing movement more safely, easily, and with less pain. It is based on the premise that limitations are often not structurally caused, but rather arise from protective and tension patterns of the nervous system. Through slow, individually guided movements, the interaction between brain and body is reorganized – without force or pain provocation.
Goals of Neuromovement Therapy
Reduce pain by improving regulation of the nervous system
Reducing tension, stiffness, and fear of movement
Rebuilding trust in one's own body
Improve the quality and ease of everyday movements
Promote self-regulation and balance of the nervous system
