Prices / Payments

Payment on site in cash or with credit-/debit-card.

All prices are listed in swiss francs. When using your maestro or post finance card you will not be charged with additional costs. Payments made with credit cards will cause additional costs of 5 CHF. We accept Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, Visa and V PAY.

Cancelations

If you must postpone or cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel an appointment in a timely manner will result in charges for the booked treatment.

Punctuality

In order to prevent delays we plan individual appointments. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the treatment will have to be shortened.

Datenschutz

Our therapists work under discrete terms and do not forward any information to third parties. All your personal details are kept secure and are confidential.

Health insurance

If you own a complimentary or additional health insurance you can reclaim parts of your therapy. Every client is responsible to pre-inform themselves, if their insurance covers the therapist and treatment that they chose.
